Do I need a storefront before creating a listing?
Yes. Every listing must be assigned to a storefront, which also supplies its currency. Create a storefront first.
How many photos can I upload?
One to five JPG/JPEG, PNG, or WebP files, up to 5 MB each. The first image is the main image.
Can I write the public page without AI?
Yes. Generate with AI is optional. You can enter and edit all product-page copy yourself.
Can I edit a published listing?
Yes, but opening the edit flow moves the ad back to Draft and hides its public page. Complete the steps and select Go Live to republish it.
Does pausing delete the listing?
No. It hides the public page and removes the product from the storefront while keeping the listing, video, and short link.
Will the short link change if I edit the title?
No. The short befo.shop code remains stable and redirects to the current
product-page address.
How many videos can I generate?
The allowance depends on the current plan and billing period. See Settings → Billing in the app. Regenerating also uses the allowance.
Can I delete a storefront that contains listings?
No. Delete every listing assigned to it first, then delete the empty store.
Does a page view mean a sale?
No. Views count visits to the public product page; they do not confirm an order or payment.
