Tour the app

The sidebar contains the main areas you will use to run your Befoshop account. On a phone or small screen, open the menu button at the top left to see it.

Listings​

Listings is your working inventory. From here you can:

  • Add clothing and continue unfinished drafts.
  • Search by listing name and filter by ad status.
  • See availability, page views, and the last-updated date.
  • Open a listing's detail panel to preview its video, edit it, pause it, copy its share link, or delete it.

Select a row to open its details. The copy button and three-dot menu provide quick actions without opening the panel.

Storefront​

Storefront opens the Stores screen, where you manage one or more public storefronts. Each storefront has its own public URL and displays only its live listings. You can create, search, edit, visit, copy, or delete storefronts.

Settings​

Settings is split into three tabs:

  • Profile — your name, email verification, connected sign-in providers, and password.
  • Billing — your current plan, payment methods, invoices, and subscription.
  • Preferences — light, dark, or system appearance.

Notifications​

The bell at the top right shows recent success, information, and error messages. Select a notification to mark it as read, or open View all notifications for the complete list.

Help and account menu​

Use Docs, Need help?, or Help & Support to open this help centre. The account switcher at the top of the sidebar contains Home and Sign out.

What shoppers see​

Shoppers do not see the Befoshop dashboard. They see:

  • Your public storefront at its store URL.
  • A public product page for each live listing.
  • The photos, video, price, clothing details, features, Q&As, and call-to-action copy you reviewed before publishing.

Draft and paused ads are not publicly available and do not appear on the storefront.
