Preview and share listings

Published listings have a public product page and a short share link. Drafts do not receive sharing controls, and paused listings are unavailable to shoppers.

Preview the public page​

  1. Open Listings.
  2. Select a live listing.
  3. Select Public View.

Review the page on both a phone and a larger screen. Check the video, image descriptions, price and currency, condition, clothing facts, features, Q&As, and call-to-action text. Follow the storefront name back to the public store to confirm the listing also appears there.

Use the copy icon in either the Listings table or the detail panel. Befoshop prefers the short befo.shop link when one is available.

The short code is not based on the listing title and remains the same when the title changes. This makes it the best link for social profiles, messages, printed QR codes, and campaigns.

The short link is retained when a listing is paused, but it cannot open a public product page until the listing goes live again.

Views​

The Views number in Listings counts public product-page visits. Opening the public page yourself can contribute to the count. A view count is useful for comparing interest, but it is not an order or sale count.

Share the storefront instead​

To share a collection rather than a single item, open Storefront, select the store, and copy its Store URL. The store automatically shows its current live listings, so the same store link stays useful as your inventory changes.
