Publish and manage listings

Publish a new listing

The final creation step summarizes the product, video direction, and public page. Select Edit in any section to correct it. When the listing is ready, select Publish Ad.

Publishing makes the ad live, marks the clothing item Available, and adds it to the selected public storefront.

Understand listing states

Ad stateListing labelPublic behavior
DraftDraftHidden. Select Continue Creating to finish it.
LiveAvailableProduct page works and the item appears on its storefront.
PausedArchivedProduct page and storefront placement are hidden until you go live again.

The status filter on Listings uses the ad states Draft, Live, and Paused. The table badge describes shopper availability, such as Available or Archived.

Pause or resume a listing

  1. Select a listing row.
  2. In the detail panel, select Pause for a live ad.
  3. To restore it, select Go Live.

Pausing does not delete the listing, its video, or its short link. It hides the public page and removes the item from the storefront. Going live again restores public access.

Edit a listing

  • For a draft, select Continue Creating.
  • For a paused listing, select Edit.
  • For a live listing, select Edit, read the warning, and choose Continue to Edit.

Editing a live listing moves it to Draft. Work through all four edit steps and select Go Live on the Ad Page step to publish the changes. The edit flow may require you to regenerate the video before you can continue.

caution

Once editing begins, the current public page is unavailable until you finish the flow and go live again. Plan substantial edits for a time when a temporary pause is acceptable.

Find and inspect listings

Use search to match the public ad title, or filter by Draft, Live, or Paused. Select a row to see the video, images, last update, availability, view count, public link, and available actions. Listings are paginated in groups of ten.

Delete a listing

Select the listing, choose the trash icon, and confirm Delete. This permanently removes the ad, associated product, generated content, and stored media. It cannot be undone.
