Add photos and clothing details

Open Listings, select Add clothing, and complete the Listing details step. Befoshop uses these inputs in both the video and the public product page.

Photos​

Upload between one and five images. Each file can be up to 5 MB and must be a JPG/JPEG, PNG, or WebP image.

  • The first image is labelled Main and leads the gallery.
  • Images appear in the product page and video as uploaded.
  • Use the pencil icon on an image to add a description, up to 250 characters.
  • Use the remove icon to delete an image before continuing.

For the best result, lead with a clear full-item image. Use the remaining photos for labels, texture, measurements, and visible wear. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, collages, or details cropped out of frame.

Listing essentials​

The required fields are:

  • Title — a clear product name, up to 250 characters.
  • Description — at least 10 and up to 1,000 characters.
  • Price — greater than zero. The selected storefront supplies the currency.
  • Condition — New or Used / second-hand.
  • Storefront — the public store this item belongs to.

When you select Used / second-hand, Befoshop shows Condition notes and Defects or wear. Disclose marks, fading, repairs, missing parts, or other issues plainly.

Optional clothing facts​

Expand More clothing details (optional) to enter the category, brand, material, colour, size, fit, garment length, care information, and measurements.

Add only facts you know. These details can appear on the public page and guide AI-generated copy, so leaving an unknown field blank is better than guessing.

Save the step​

Select Next. Befoshop validates the form, saves the product and its image descriptions, creates the draft ad, and opens AI Generation.

If a field is highlighted, correct it and select Next again. If an upload fails, see Troubleshooting.
