Appearance and notifications

Change the appearance​

Open Settings → Preferences and choose:

  • Light — always use the light theme.
  • Dark — always use the dark theme.
  • System — follow the device or browser appearance.

The preference is applied immediately. It changes the Befoshop interface, not the design selected for a shopper-facing product page.

Use the notification menu​

The bell in the top bar shows an unread count. Open it to see recent notifications. Notifications can report successful operations, information, or errors such as a failed generation.

  • Select an unread notification to mark it as read.
  • Select Mark all as read to clear the unread count.
  • Select View all notifications for the full Notifications screen.

On the full screen, unread items have a distinct background and stronger title. You can mark an item read from its row or use Mark all as read at the top. Marking a message as read does not undo, retry, or dismiss the operation it describes.

Act on an error notification​

Read the message and return to the related listing or setting. For a generation error, open the draft, review the required fields, and generate again. If the same action fails repeatedly, contact support and include the notification text and approximate time.
